I see myself as a bridge between what arts and cultural institutions have to offer in Vancouver and the general public, especially the Chinese speaking community locally and internationally. I am trained as an artist and art historian, and I found art journalism very meaningful in cross cultural communications. So I dedicate myself to writing, touring, podcasting, mostly in Chinese, about arts and contemporary ideas, with a focus on their implications in everyday life for those who like to explore liberal thinking in the global context.
